The Dobosi family has been engaged in winemaking in the Balaton Uplands for generations, respecting traditions and safeguarding sustainability. The winery is located in the heart of Nivegy-völgy, where they take great care to pursue organic viticulture. The centre of the estate is equipped with modern infrastructure, which can cater to wine tasting and other events besides grape processing, winemaking and bottling. The high-quality wines are based on local varieties: juhfark, kéknyelű and olaszrizling.

Bio Juhfark 2022 is a dry white organic wine. It received itsname from the shape of the clusters resembling a sheep’s tail. This variety has an outstanding acid retaining quality, making its growing ideal even in our times of climate change. Its pale yellow colour and citrus aromas reflect the chalky tones of the Nivegy-völgy. During tasting, it has a rich palate, which is accompanied by well-integrated acids. The organically cultivated vineyards yielded completely ripe berries, lending the wine a fuller body and valuable content as well as stunning complexity.
